As always, superb service from the staff at the evans, ga location. Started out by not trying to upsell the wash and telling me the exact was i needed for my filthy truck. Then Monty went above and beyond with using the brush to remove way more grime than any other place I've taken my vehicle before. This kind if customer care is why they will keep my business!

I have never wrote a review about a car wash attendant before, good or bad. But I must write one about Monty, who works as an attendant there. He is the most knowledgeable, kind and friendliest staff member I have ever encountered at a car wash. He helped me pick out the best wash for my car and even gave me some pointers about my car as well. Everyone please go visit this car wash and ask for Monty he is such a kind gentleman and great at what he does!!

Tidal Wave Auto Spa can do better! For some reason, after going through my designated wash, two of my front end vanity plates have been destroyed! This occurred on two different occasions. Honestly, this is the last straw due to a few other things that I have experienced. I have an account with 3-4 cars yet, I am disappointed when I am using the facilties; it is unacceptable that there are several vacuums that are low functioning and damaged. The original wash package I subscribed to was discontinued with NO notice to me, so when I arrived to get my car washed, the gate is beeping like I stole something and at THAT time, I am told that my package is dissolved. So, I have been a nobody that is paying $100+ a month with no current service. After choosing a NEW package, I am told that my current vehicles cannot be transferred within my account to the new package- I would have to bring every vehicle in!!! Brought in every vehicle that day (4 cars) and nothing TOOK on the account except for 1 of my cars!!?? The company information and contact number isTRASH- it will have you on hold for hours and you will never talk to a human representative. Also, you cannot always count on catching

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I’m always impressed. My car comes out sparkling clean every single time. The staff is friendly and efficient and Tim is great. The price is fair for the quality of work you get. This is now my go-to spot, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. Highly recommend!

Went through the car wash paid $30 for the graph x. Wash. Wish I could give 0 stars for this. I went to the manager and asked him to come look at the vehicle and he walked over took a look at my car as I showed him the dirt and he said it was mold so I could not run my car through again. This was ridiculous you could clearly see it was dirt on the windows all over the car. I wash this vehicle every two weeks along with my car at this car wash. Terrible experience I will never go back the kid was such a jerk to me. On the sign it clearly said to let them know if you’re not happy guess that’s a lie. What would have it hurt if he let me go thru again to get the dirt off. Customer service 0 you need to find yourself someone with customer service skills if you are going to call them a manager.
